Slightly childish. But not everything can be gloomy and terrible, like Torchwood, for example.

What a nostalgia - I watched the adventures of Sarah Jane in the first years of university, when I came across on TV, there were later seasons, it's interesting to see how it all started. The series looks so simple, a little ridiculous, but "cozy" compared to the last pretentious seasons of the Doctor.

In general, it is extremely unusual to watch this series after the family Doctor Who and the completely adult Torchwood, Sarah Jane is too child-oriented. In general, judging by the abundance of aliens in "The Doctor" and its spin-offs, the UK is the most unfavorable country for human life. You never know who is now staging an invasion of Earth under the guise of some kind of factory, or on what day of the week another alien ship will hover over London.
