It's a cool series after all. The ending turned out to be a little crumpled, but it's still good. The original ending seemed to me more successful than the alternative one, in which Dick takes Mary with him at the last minute. It's sad that they don't make such soulful TV series and films now as they did in the 90s.

@Actiregularis: And in my opinion, the alternative is just in the character of Dick, and since we were not given his height from an adult child, it is more canonical)
