A great movie for the evening, I liked it, the ending at some point really surprised me
I don't believe that Cassandra wanted to die at the hands of the same person as her friend.
I would have watched the finale, where she abused her fiance and went to live her life. There are too many questions about friendship with Nina. Why did she live in their house? And so on
But in any case, it turned out to be an interesting study. "It's her fault. I'm good. They are children"
And it wasn't said anywhere that Nina lived with them, it was just that Cassie's parents treated her like a native, because they had been friends since early childhood. Nina had her own mother and her own house
The plot is not typical for such a story, a friend takes revenge, but does not kill all these terrible people, or spoil their lives, but opens their eyes (and themselves too) to their insignificant essence.
In the middle of the movie, I thought oh, well, the old song again, I met someone and got on the right path, but how wrong I was. That was her plan too.
It's terrible that both girls died at such a price in the end. The film showed the reality, the brutal reality of our lives. Probably sometimes you want to see, at least on the screen, some incredibly brave woman who, despite everything, can protect herself.
I would like to know Nina before the violence occurred, she is presented as a ghost of the past. I wonder what they were like with Cassie. It was as if this story had erased their identity and only the life after remained.💔
It's a sad story, especially that at the cost of her own life, she tried to fix something that couldn't be fixed.
