Unfortunately, the children completely failed to cope with their difficult roles, their acting looked extremely clumsy, and the emotions were too feigned and unnatural. The whole film looked like some kind of amateur production, which greatly affected the gloomy and serious atmosphere of a rather complex and heavy work on which this film adaptation was filmed. It is also worth noting that the story itself was presented here somehow too quickly and crumpled, which is why neither the characters' characters, nor their motivation, nor the cause of the main conflict were properly disclosed.
