The showrunner of the "Daredevil" reboot will be the producer of "The Punisher"

The reboot of "Daredevil" has a new creative team: the showrunner of "Born Again" will be Dario Scardapane — writer and producer of the series "Marvel's The Punisher", and the directors will be Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead — producers of the second season of "Loki".

A new team for "Daredevil: Born Again" was sought after Marvel announced that it would start developing the project anew. Despite the fact that several episodes had already been filmed, the studio didn't like what the writing team was getting. As a result, Marvel decided to change the showrunner and directors and develop the show already in a new direction. It is reported that some elements of the already filmed material will still be included in the series.

The plot of the reboot is not revealed, but it is known that Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio, who played Daredevil and Kingpin in the original Netflix series, will return to their roles. Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige revealed that "Born Again" will consist of 18 episodes, but how many of them will make up the first season remains to be seen.

@infected: According to rumors, Jessica Jones was supposed to be there, but it didn't work out with Kristen Ritter's schedule. And then they called John Bernthal to replace him. As if he should have been there by now. But in what form will it be returned? I strongly doubt that Disney will return the Netflix version with liters of red corn syrup and its arsenal.

And no one knows what will reach the release there now, they can't restart production, the actors are still on strike. There are no faces, respectively, either.

Netflix had a strong, popular and well-received line (except Iron Fist, there is a high quality). One day, the Disney Overlords decided to combine everything under one roof and canceled all Netflix projects (the rest died themselves). The restart is called in order not to pay royalties to the authors of the netflix show. Well, the plot will not continue for the same reason. Although now they are all on Disney+, years later, apparently some kind of loophole is also present there.

The taste and color of the markers are different, of course, but the 3 seasons of DD that came out are the best that Marvel released for the TV format and Kevin Feige had nothing to do with these projects then.

Oh, how I liked Daredevil, one of the few superhero series in which everything was moderately realistic, moderately gloomy, and there was also enough fiction, just to explain superpowers. I love this, but for some reason it seems that it will not be possible to repeat it
