The fantasy drama "La Brea" will end after its third season
NBC channel is closing the fantasy drama "La Brea": the upcoming third season will be the show's final season. The premiere of the final part of the project from showrunner David Appelbaum ("The Mentalist") will be held on January 9.
The third season of the series will be shorter than the previous ones: because of the strikes of actors and writers, NBC ordered only six episodes, and early terminated the contracts of the cast of the show so that the actors could find other work.
According to the plot of the series "La Brea", a huge vortex opened up in downtown Los Angeles, taking hundreds of people and buildings into the depths. Those who fell into it, found themselves in a mysterious and dangerous primitive country, where they had no choice but to unite to survive. The series is about one family separated by these events and trying to find each other again.

Очевидно, что телеканал ожидал от сериала большего, но рейтинги не особо из-за нелогичного сюжета, потому тихонько прикрыли, но состряпали развязку.

Ещё бы где-то силы найти второй сезон досмотреть. Нелогичность всего происходящего физически делает больно. Если первый сезон ещё возможно смотреть, то второй 😤🤦♀️
