"Space: Above and Beyond"

IGN later included "Space: Above and Beyond" in its list of the "Top 50 Sci-Fi TV Shows", describing it as "a show went before their time".

Unlike the original, the new series didn't focus on monsters, beasts, and aliens (although they are in it), but explored a specific concept or idea and its impact on humanity.
