Two FBI agents, Fox Mulder and Dana Scully, work in the X-Files, a division that specializes in unusual unsolved crimes. Mulder truly believes in extraterrestrial life and all things supernatural, but Scully is a skeptic who takes all cases from the point of view of science and always tries to explain what is happening with logic.
"The X-Files is the best science fiction series. Excellent plot, good camerawork, quality editing and soundtrack - everything is here. The series captivate from the first seconds and do not let go until the final credits. Now this level is very rare," wonderfucker.
"The series can be described in one word - legendary. Exactly legendary, because in my memory (you can correct me if I'm wrong) - this is the first series in this genre, where mysticism, ufology, mythology and detective intertwine. When I was a child, having watched the series "Home", very much scared, but kept watching :D. In general, who is thinking whether to start watching the series or not, then boldly proceed to watch! "I Want to Believe, " FMDS.
"It's actually surprising how good the series is even now. I mean, you can see that it was filmed 22 years ago, but that rather gives it a certain charm since they don't make movies like this nowadays. One of the greatest openingov, atmospheric picture and music, brilliant cast, well, and, of course, the mystical background" - Sergl89.

This adaptation of Charles Dickens' novel of the same name tells the story of Jardins v. Jardins, the long-running legal battle to decide who owns the Cold House estate. It is now inhabited by wealthy John Jardins, orphaned cousins Ada and Richard, and Esther, whom Mr. Jardins invites to the estate as housekeeper and companion to Ada. And next door to them lives the beautiful Lady Dedlock, who is tormented by a dark secret and desperate to hide it from a ruthless lawyer while the trial continues.
"Awesome series. Watched it in three days in one breath. Andrew Davies and English classics are a win-win. Unparalleled production: the game Gillian Anderson, Charles Dance, Denis Lawson, Bern Gorman, Patrick Kennedy and many, many others, costumes, interiors, music - everything pleases the eye and soul. Charles Dance is a matchless villain, and Gillian Anderson is simply bravo for embodiment of the image of a true English noble lady! "- ITLorik.
"An enjoyable series about an unpleasant period in British history. I watched it with pleasure. Though I didn't get involved right away" - Blahh.
"Gillian Anderson has finally moved on from her role as Scully... Yes and in my opinion one of the most good Dickens adaptations. Mr. Guppy is just brilliant)," - Pilot.

Stella Gibson is a superintendent in the British police force. She arrives in Belfast to assess the progress of an investigation into a series of murders. The investigation has been going on for almost a month. When it becomes clear that the deaths are linked and a serial killer is running rampant in the city, Stella stays behind to help with the case.
"What a shame I didn't pay attention to the series sooner. The oppressive atmosphere throughout the series, it does not let go and after the end of watching. A big plus is the lack of romanticization of the criminal. I am a supporter of the fact that after viewing there is room for reflection and speculation. Great acting by the main characters!" - xenia_matveeva.
"The final scene is iconic! Jillian has always been a fine actress, but that bitter grin at the last minute is Oscar worthy!"- Ves.
"Atmosphere and pacing kicked in. The music is gorgeous, really gets you through and sets the scene. The actors are excellent. The camerawork is masterful. It's pleasant, interesting and addictive to watch. But there are questions to the writers and producers. I do not think that the series required 3 seasons and so many episodes" - Antis_Sekyt.

The investigation is weighing heavily on Graham, so Crawford asks a forensic psychiatrist, Dr. Hannibal Lecter, to put Will under surveillance. However, the doctor suddenly begins to bond with Will and even becomes his consultant.
"Fuller is to be congratulated for creating an undying masterpiece that will definitely be remembered decades - if not more - later. Incredible, but definitely achieving this level of quality in revealing the characters and their dark and light traits in the series...I have no words to describe how grateful I am for its creation, nor will I ever be," - JellyBaby.
"Perfect...I just don't have words. This is so beautiful. Words are not needed, you should see once the last minutes of season 3 and realize you've seen something beautiful. From the first episode to the very finale of such colorful and mesmerizing filming I have not seen. You watch every episode with bated breath. Thank you to the entire crew for these wonderful 3 years, " - Oxy.
"I don't know if it was intentional on Fuller's part or not, but the structure of the seasons is subtly reminiscent of Leone's dollar trilogy, where the first installment had one main character, the second two, and the last one already has three. But especially striking is this final battle between good, bad and 'evil '" - yuzvir.

The series is about Otis and Maeve, high school students and complete opposites, organizing underground sex education classes. Not for free, of course. While they're trying to help their classmates, they're also slowly dealing with their own problems as well.
"I really like this series for the fact that the characters here grow and develop. Their developmental dynamics are hard to miss and it's very cool. Every character has been well worked on," - vausemraz.
"What a marvelous series, thank you Netflix for such adequacy. The dialogs of the characters are terrific, they are not boring, but also very neatly instructive" - lemaitre.
"Excellent character revelation, straight up interesting to watch. A vivid example of how to reveal social problems. This is one of the main advantages of the series, created in an era when many of these problems touch, but without talent in the elaboration of the artistic component" - denysbiriukov.

Biographical series about the life and reign of Queen Elizabeth II: from her marriage in 1947 to the early 21st century. Every two seasons, the actress playing the British monarch changes as the character grows older. Gillian Anderson, who played the role of Margaret Thatcher, starred in the fourth and fifth seasons.
"After The X-Files, Sex Education, and here also the role of Thatcher, I'm falling more and more in love with Gillian Anderson, amazing woman!"- Ryazhenka.
"Season 5 made me think about how much "women's" history Britain has in the second half of the twentieth century. Especially this season, of course, it's noticeable, all the key characters are women, although it's impossible to give any of them slack. Gillian Anderson just WOWed me. I don't read the news, I saw her in the first episode, and at first I thought it was just an impression - and then I saw in the credits that it was really her. Very high level," - eugene_drake.
"Awesome series. Was far from the royal family, well there is and there is, but to go so deep into history, with such amazing actors, against the background of historical events, just wow!"- marinagee.

The series was about the role of First Ladies in American life and focused on the stories of Michelle Obama (Viola Davis), Betty Ford (Michelle Pfeiffer) and Eleanor Roosevelt (Gillian Anderson).
"Somebody give Gillian Anderson an Oscar. She is such a great actor, what with her Margaret Thatcher in The Crown. I usually associate actors with their personalities, but here, I never would have even guessed it was Anderson Playing Eleanor. And how chicly she conveys the accent" - yanahryshko.
"The series is good and it's a definite credit to the cast and the story. Dramatic, informative, beautiful, with historical footage thrown in," - AndrewJudas.
"Insanely inspiring series, well done. Yes, the creators didn't go deep into any issues, everything is pretty superficial, especially the Obama line (and health care reform, and massshuting, and #metoo, and LGBT), but it's still important to at least see in this way how much can be done if you want it. Great stories about how even in such a relatively powerless position as First Lady, when you're expected to behave like a silent obedient wife, you can accomplish a lot," - polibelle.
