World Without End

The series is not bad, but it stunned one episode at the beginning.: On the queen's chest, the coat of arms already contains a lily, whereas Edward III himself introduced it there, thus declaring himself king of the united Anglo-Frankish state. It's a small thing, but as a historian it went through the roof :D

Показался реалистичнее, из серии где все плохо, плохо, а под конец чуточку лучше, совсем капельку, но уже можно сказать хеппи энд. Прошло несколько столетий, а мир практически не изменился. В центре до сих пор короли, а простые смертные лишь пешки и да, на добре далеко не выедешь и ничего не добьешься, этот сериал тому показатель...(

I must say, it's no worse than other historical series - although I can't vouch for the authenticity of the events, since I'm not familiar with British history)) But the visual is very high-quality, the camerawork is excellent, for the sake of landscapes alone you want to look further, plus the actors are well-chosen, all pleasant, with charisma. And the plot itself is an ordinary medieval romance, those who love it will come in)

Ничего не могу с собой поделать, смотрю и восхищаюсь королем. Какой же прекрасный Эдвард! Такой настоящий - со своими слабостями и сильными сторонами.

Сдается мне, что старший сын Гвенды от Ральфа, уж больно похожего подобрали пацана на Оливера Джексона-Коэна (Ральф). Хотя, может, это совпадение))
