Yes, they did, they did. But after searching the Internet, I can tell you what the scriptwriters planned next: Jensen, rescued "against the rules" and increasingly obsessed with death, becomes (!) a serial killer, so Tru has to ask Jack to help stop (kill?) him. Jack uses this as proof that True should stop interfering with what fate has ordained. Harrison still discovers Jack's connection with their father, but cannot decide which side to take, especially considering the situation with Jensen. Davis' pseudo-girlfriend unexpectedly falls in love with him, their romance develops, but he discovers that she killed her abusive husband. Davis must decide whether to turn her over to the police or not. He also somehow understands that True's mother was supposed to be her mentor in all these matters, like Richard was for Jack, but with her death, Davis himself took over this role. True and Jack will have to face other anomalies in their abilities for large variations on the standard storyline (some have begun to show up in recent episodes), among them the opportunity to take other people with them to rewind the past day and explore parallel dimensions. Jack and Tru will take part in a hostage-taking in a bank, during which Jack and Richard will use a mysterious magazine to choose which hostages will die. Jack begins a relationship with a cop girl, and his feelings for her call into question the morality of his actions and his monastic solitary existence. The last corpse to ask Tru for help is her stepbrother, 12-year-old sister, and Jack, who is killed by Richard, dies in an attempt to stop her. Despite his beliefs, he finds himself unable to let his child die. The final scene of the series (or season?) It was supposed to be a cliffhanger with Jack's corpse, asking True to save him. Such things.

This series is good, non-trivial, besides, in the second season the plot has become more dynamic. I don't understand why it was closed.

PS: Who liked the style itself, I recommend the series "Dead like me", "Dead on demand", "I am a Zombie", "Being Erica", of course, "New Day", "Talking to ghosts".

Why did only one of the crowd of firefighters run without a uniform? Why are the others there, then?
