Is that all? Seriously? For almost 9 hours of this whole season, nothing was shown to us. Walking back and forth, like heroes staring at something, chatting about something completely unnecessary....
And what in the end? Nothing! They've heated us up, citizens, they've heated us up!

The series is interesting because it is not filmed like a dumb disaster movie, but because it shows the lives and experiences of ordinary different people in a crisis situation. Apparently, many people were waiting for the movement, which was filmed on this topic a lot, which is why the rating is so low. Apple was shown an invasion from the other side. The aliens in the series are just the background, the reason. There are a lot of mysteries left, I'm really looking forward to the second season!

@-TraumfraU-: I also thought at first that this was a documentary, but invisible aliens still forced me to reclassify this work into the genre of fiction.
But I understand you, if I don't like the series in some way, I start to cling to details that have absolutely nothing to do with the narrative.

@VioletShiny: honestly, until I read the comments about "gays in the army" and "a black girl protects a white boy," I didn't even pay attention to it.. maybe the problem is not in the "agenda of the series" but in the personal perception of the world?
