Well, this is not the end, we are waiting for the second part. I am pleased with such proximity to the text. Some events in the chronology have been changed, but this does not affect the essence at all. It would be cool if the same actors played different generations, but it's so good.

I read with interest how such a series could turn out, it turned out that shooting by letter in Colombia with local actors were the conditions under which Marquez's heirs allowed the novel to be filmed. And it's incredibly cool! The picture, the scale, the authenticity are fascinating!

Ursula has always been the most beloved character in the book. The core of the family, the honor and conscience of the family. This Buendia family wouldn't exist if it wasn't for Ursula. Nails should be made of such people.
Gentlemen, who have not read the book, I wholeheartedly recommend reading it, even if it is not the easiest reading. But if you have reached almost the season finale of the series and accept all the rules of the game, the book will surely come to you.

To be honest, I can hardly imagine how to watch the series without reading the book or at least getting to know it from the top. Because a book is usually either adored or disliked. Well, in general, then Marquez is not very popular. Because what is happening on the pages of the book is discouraging every second. The series puts everything on the screen quite respectfully.
