@prdg: why the fed who organized the Watergate scandal received such a pseudonym from journalists still remains a mystery. And the journalists left this question unanswered. But in those years, the porn film "Deep Throat" was released on the screens, which became very widely known))) Perhaps with such a nickname, the journalists wanted to hint that politicians are dirty whores...
Since then, the phrase "deep throat" has become a household word for informants.
PS: The Watergate scandal is when President Nixon was forced to resign for abuse of power, accusations of illegal espionage, etc.
It's funny - because the first time I watched the series as a child, I remember mostly only individual scenes, plots and dialogues, but I remembered this series in its entirety. I don't know why she's so into my soul)
@termexxx: I managed to read all the books (including popular fan fiction on CM) only after the end of the series. Because they went on sale chaotically and there was no opportunity to buy the whole series)) Of course, the books were not written by Tolstoy and this is not classical literature, but you can read. Well, it's always useful to know what Mulder and Scully think about what's going on. In the series, it's not always possible to "get" into the head of GG.
Only the first series, and already such a development of events, such secrecy; the US authorities have something to hide. And Mulder is very sorry, because his faith in the inexplicable is so strong, but for everyone he is just a childishly naive "Eccentric Mulder", this led to what happened in the series.
How cool they are, Mulder and Scully! Already from this episode, such concern for each other begins (he looks to see if she has any suspicious dots; she does everything to get him out of the base).
Wow! And this is only the 2nd series? Yes, I feel like I'm already a fan of this series!!! He is so intriguing and sucks you inside that there are no words! I look at work, so the work of the op flew by! A wonderful picture
