The moment when Domenic played the actress playing Clary put everything in its place. She not only runs and behaves so prettily in the series, but also in real life. How did they even get her in there?! Her appearance is clearly not enough =\
I was also surprised when they say that everyone wrote to them about hair color, but they decided to ignore it. Mdaa... That's how they think of the fans.

@Triny_: As usual, when setting up such franchises, the producers put the bolt on the canon fans. Because there aren't many of us, and they want to attract an audience beyond the current fans. There is now a repeat boom in book sales in the States. And new editions with heroes on the cover. Although the original covers are so beautiful. And now they will shine their faces. And I liked it so much that there were no faces...

@Grenada: as far as I remember from the ratings of the film, it was mostly watched by fans of the book, and they were not particularly happy. I assume that the series will be watched mostly by those who watched the film to see the production. And it seems to me that at this rate, fans will soon turn into haters, and casual viewers will simply merge and the producers will not get anything at all.

@Triny_: the trick is that the ratings of the series are not bad - it collected 1.82 million, 0.8 like in the demo. This is the best premiere of the channel in 2 years by numbers. What will happen next is still unclear, but so far these are good figures. And the ABC family does not like to close the series at all, as practice shows: the liars on the 6th, the confused ones seem to go to the 4th, the fosters are not going to close either. So there is every chance for hunters to live a long life :)

I just watched this and some of the lines caused a facepalm
producer: We were very attentive to the casting, because it was important to do everything right.
(but they chose an absolute log for the role of gg, okay)
about 36 million books have already been sold, so we tried not to let the fans down
(AHAHAHAHAHAH)

but okay, it was nice to see how they behave during filming, especially the moment when "Jace" puts his hand on "Simon"'s knee, and he claps on it
and also when "Simon" says "Jace": "I was going to kiss you!"
It looks like I have a new thorn

The series interested me, I even really like such things! At first I didn't like it at all, then you kind of get used to it! It is quite dynamic and intriguing!

@Angel-460: The series is based on a series of books by Cassandra Clare, the first book is The City of Bones. A film was made based on it in 2013. Now they're making a TV series.

Needless to say, the books were good, but I was skeptical about this series for a long time, and I postponed everything to start watching it. 1 episode caught on only thanks to several characters, well, since I started, I'll finish. I hope to get involved in the process.
