This agent who visited Lisbon and the man sitting in the car at the end of episode 5 are the same person. I've just reviewed it on purpose. He certainly has something to do with Red John.

Мне вот интересно, кортеж такой этот кровавый джон, что у него люди везде. Обычно в кино/сериалах такие злодеи люди с властью и совершают преступления ради денег/ещё большей власти. Управляют кучей народа, чтобы что-то получить. Сделки, доступ к ресурсам.. а тут просто маньяк ради убийств внедрился везде в самые закрытые структуры? Пока не очень понятен такой сценарный ход.
