Классная серия! Сериал набирает обороты. И похоже назревает любовный треугольник.

If the series really will be released once a week (or even more) - I will go crazy...

A good series, very high quality)

@vk394996: I also barely survived a week) so it's interesting what will happen next, and the funny thing is that the situations are not new, it seems like I've seen something similar already, but everything is so beaten, everything is done so well that I don't even know who is right in this series. it seems that life was saved - this is good and this is what the doctors are there for, but on the other hand now they can dismiss doctors and nurses who did not even participate in this and who also have their own problems and their own lives. after all, everything has a price and this makes many issues such two-sided, as in this series.

The series is gaining momentum well. The pilot didn't impress me much, but each subsequent episode arouses more and more interest. Perhaps fans of the exclusively medical aspect in the series are not enthusiastic about what is happening, but they devote a lot of time to the problems of the staff, the hospital and the disclosure of the personalities of the characters. This view of the medical series appeals to me.

Maybe the quality of the series and 3 and so many friends in one series is not because of a quality product, but because they have a tight job.
BUT
I really like that they show bad doctors. Not those who are kind of good, but make mistakes. Namely, bad doctors who care about Carter, not patients, and no matter how many die.
I like that they show how dark things are done in hospitals.
And I like even more that they showed the financial side of the issue. That this is a business. And a business worth millions, hundreds of thousands.

The series as a whole is so-so, but I, like the commentator above, like that, unlike the same Grey's Anatomy (I love it dearly), where, despite the various tragedies of the GG, the "dark" side of treatment (bankruptcy of patients, sitting up of various kinds, bills, financing, vparivanie various extras.services) hidden, this series shows pitfalls. They don't try to focus specifically on personal lives or honey.cases (after all, they are frankly weak here), but they are trying to show "unrefined" doctors, and that's what hooked me.

In this series, the prize for the most outrageous behavior is awarded to financial consultant Barb.
I gloated when Nick told her about the implant and the multimillion-dollar lawsuit!

@Luizot: and to be honest, I didn't understand why they were clinging to her. She seems to have convinced the attending physician to get an MRI scan, she is not a doctor and cannot prescribe anything herself. So it's the doctor's fault that he didn't look at the patient's history. Somehow pulled by the ears, in my opinion...

I watched 3 episodes - of course I am spoiled by Grey's Anatomy and Dr. House, perhaps also because it seems that it is poorly filmed. The idea is interesting, to show how the issues of life and death of patients are actually solved, that ambitions and money are more important and all that. But the scriptwriters somehow work out the characters, their storylines. And somehow it's a pity that VanCamp agreed to this role. After a very strong work in Revenge, some kind of pale shadow, not a heroine.

Bell needs to accept his age and health problems, he clearly should have more than enough money, and he is no longer able to operate. I think he wasn't always like that, he could have been like Conrad, but the truth of life broke him. But Barb is another matter. Someone has to do this kind of work, but she enjoys it. In general, a mediocre and unpleasant individual. When she was flicked on the nose, I was delighted. The episode reminded the Clinic, where similar problems are shown with humor, here seriously. Conrad and Devon are like Cox and JD. And a patient with alcoholic hepatitis drinking beer in a bar. It's a pity Jed is leaving.

I'm just enjoying this series. Finally, we are shown the wrong side of the medical industry, which is completely dependent on patient insurance and the clinic budget. No matter how brilliant a diagnostician or surgeon you are, first count the consequences. Idealistic House, a good doctor, Chicago Doctors nervously smoke on the sidelines.

Yes, indeed! Modern medicine is just a business! A profitable business, but it's good that there are still humane people among the doctors!

Something they show a Mine like a genius. To do such an operation alone in the second year of residency absolutely without preparation. Plus, she also constantly performs operations in different areas, if she was super capable in another specialty and spent a lot of time only on one thing, it would be somehow more real

@_____mermaid___: a typical American doctor-doctor😁 In "Private practice," Addison led pregnant women, performed intrauterine operations on fetuses, and then also treated small ones. In fact, these are 3 completely different specialties.

Yeah😁 But Addison still seemed to have 2 of these specialties (except for the treatment of children born already). In a good doctor, as far as I remember, they didn't even bother with dividing doctors into specialties for the first few seasons and did everything in a row))))
