Some people say that Emma is just such an insensitive cracker in public, but in fact she is very vulnerable, but I don't quite agree with this. In my opinion, the actress reel just doesn't finish playing (HH relationship with her Jan), her tears come out badly and for the whole series I believed her only on stage with Ingrid and Chris's girlfriend, they really came out good.
As for Luka, I don't remember if I had the same attitude towards the first-season Isak in the Norwegian bench, but Luka is quite contagious. He blabbed to EVERYONE, betrayed Emma, and then with such innocent big eyes he rubs hypocritical shit on her. I'm ready to kill him, honestly.
It's the same with Daphne. Personally, she seems to me angry, aggressive, and does not arouse sympathy. I'm not sure if she self-excluded from the group because of "hate," rather, as she said herself, because "no one will want to go to my party because of you." And this is a vulnerable, sensitive girl? Somehow it's not a thrill to watch such a heroine, who now everyone will run to return.
To be honest, my desire to watch the French bench is slowly waning. Because of the caste, not very pretty (not in terms of appearance, but in general) characters, a carbon copy plot. All the time, it feels like the series is trying very hard to be like the original, and I don't like it. Scenes appear out of tune, the sincerity goes away. Against the background of the first excerpts of the new remakes, this is especially noticeable. The German scam already has its own special lampiness and sensuality, from the second or third excerpt of the first (!) series there are some changes in the plot, and the Italian seems very sunny, the caste is just wah. Don't beat me up for all these comparisons, I can't get rid of them, and they most likely influenced my opinion of the French remake, which I now consider even less atmospheric.
I'll probably watch the last two episodes for show, but so far this scam is very average for me.
Excerpts of the Italian and German scams are already being released, they are much better and more interesting there.
Daphne is much more annoying than Wilde. It's really hard to look at the scenes with her here. sometimes arrogance and stupidity go off the scale, it seems to me.
Overall, the version is successful and more lively. in this regard, the long pauses in the Norwegian version bothered me. maybe it's more natural, I don't know, but I watched the French remake with pleasure from the very first episode, which was not the case with the original series.
It will be interesting to look at the variations from other countries.

As for the drama between Emma and Ian, it's hard to sympathize with her at all, since I haven't seen any chemistry between the characters in all 7 episodes. Well, the question is, why feel sorry for her, if all that was shown to us from the good in their relationship is how Jan writes compliments to her?
