Now they already had their own team, but it did not work together and cohesively, and it is very interesting for me to watch how they slowly, slowly turn into a single team

Tina is acting like a mega bitch towards Sydney. If I were a girl, I'd already cry. She's doing great, she's holding up well

Sydney's conversation with Carmi at the end of the episode is perfectly masterly

It's an incredibly cool series, everything is so realistically shown that I have to pause to take a break. Sydney is doing a great job, especially in that she is not afraid to tell someone who is higher in rank that she is not satisfied, I dream of being able to do so.

R.E.M. perfectly matches the atmosphere of the series, an excellent choice

It's cool to watch how people share in a team. Someone like Sidney and Carmi want to raise the place. Someone, like a guy at a pastry shop, understands that he has a chance to really learn from a top chef and he tries. Someone just accepts the changes. And someone like Tina and Richie is completely sabotaging everything. I think they should be driven into the neck or put firmly in place. Something tells me that Michael was running some super murky business, and Richie was helping him

At the end, something painfully familiar began to play. Did they really find out about the "Spiritual Front" in America? It turns out that R.E.M. found out earlier and cleverly cut the sound.

I really like the music in the series.

One thing surprises me, they must have a very simple menu, they didn't even do the delivery and occupancy at lunchtime and evening hours (as Sydney pointed out), half is prepared from semi-finished products.
