@Conorrouch: It depends where, when and what. There is no way to get married without a passport. And a fake passport = a fake marriage. Well, we have it. And they don't have much to do without a social security number right now, again only a fake one to buy, if such opportunities are not eradicated in the future. And live under a false name. In short, it's not easy. Just at an unexpected moment, the absence of a "piece of paper" can get in the way. You'll end up in the hospital, for example... Especially there.
