I wanted to write a lot about the everyday life and therefore such closeness of the stories told, about the vivacity of all participants, about the addictive slowness of the narrative, and a lot about that, but I will limit myself to stating – a great season.
The second season is great. I liked it more than the first one. But I still like that the season has three episodes, the story is not delayed and is fully revealed.
Wow, it rarely happens that some completely forgotten series has already been released with the second season, and at the same time it turned out just as well. Or even better.
And if the goal was to show feminine strength and to some extent unity and support, then it turned out just fine. There is no tension, the characters are revealed perfectly. I looked at it in one breath. Three (although four) main actresses did a great job with the matron. I didn't even recognize Bella at first.
as for someone born in the USSR, this summer pioneer camp is called a prison somewhere, it is difficult for me to understand, but I admit that my expectations are my problems, and I would have allowed it if everything were like a heroine, a mother with many children with frauds in the meter, but also for life.... in general, I hardly believe it, but I admit it.
but the fact that the dialogues, situations and conflicts in this tent are sucked out of the finger is already the problem of the screenwriters. only good actors and their acting were happy, the rest was the cruelest facepalm. how this can be compared to the drama of the first season is difficult to imagine.
The first season was good, but this one is amazing! I was deeply touched by the stories of the heroines, my eyes are constantly wet. The prison looks too fabulous, there are no more complaints.
@11831: Prison is generally a pioneer camp, but I was surprised by the deadlines that were given to the heroes (yum), especially Kayla's (Bella's) boyfriend 10+5+2 =10 how is that? And the others are in the same spirit.
I didn't get it. Mom, who is in a state of passion and postpartum depression, was given a life sentence for one murder? To go to the PSH, you need to kill at least two people, and even in a group by collusion. Otherwise, I liked the series, vital
The idea of the series is not to show life in women's prisons, but to show the mother-child/children connection of those who ended up behind bars. How all women are attached primarily to their children and are ready to do anything for them. They are ready to break the shield to keep the children warm, steal money to pay bail and be with their children, give up drugs for the sake of children, hit the one who offended his child... and end up in prison. You don't have the mind to solve problems calmly, using intelligence and life experience, so you end up behind bars.
It turned out to be a great season. The only question I have is whether any psychiatric assessment of sanity was conducted before Abby was put on life in prison. Obviously, there was nothing wrong with her.

I wish the sequels of the series would also come into your life: unexpectedly and pleasantly.
