The topic of nannies was also raised in the "Good Doctor" today :) Apparently, it is very relevant.
I wonder how Lucy and Selina will get along)

The same thing happens with doctors and police, in principle, the topics often overlap and there are such coincidences.

Today I watched episode 7 of the rookie and then immediately episode 7 of the good doctor. And both episodes with nannies, a cool coincidence 😄

The series is a walk-through, a lot of chatter, but the promo of the 8th series promises a roast. I wonder who will get hurt, will they really make an obvious move in the form of Chen's injury and Tim's epiphany?
Angela and Harper deserve a separate series, honestly, they are very charismatic characters and harmonious in the image of detectives.

Well, why, why should I move in with Lucy Selina? God, Lucy hasn't lived alone since the first season, maybe she should try to live on her own? Or is it Tim Lucy getting together again, Selina instead of Tamara...
Sria is really passing, I no longer remember a series that would be holistic and interesting. Lucy is Lucy again, now she's running around with her breakup. Sometimes emotions are naughty because of the deception exam, now because of the breakup, she will someday work normally and not get mad because of every uncomfortable phrase. Tim, sad Tim, for some reason the pain from Iab was shown much better. Breakdowns, aggression, pain. And then sad Tim walks around and ran to a psychologist. Angela and Harper are like a cool couple in the background. In general, I don't like the season, the whole atmosphere of the Newcomer has disappeared somewhere.

Olivia's not much of a man. OK, in a state of passion, she could have hit the candelabra on the head, but then:
a) She made efforts to hide the corpse, with the call of an accomplice.
b) She killed her accomplice without any emotion - a shot exactly at the center of the masses, like a pro.
c) Took the corpse to a remote location, put it behind the wheel and put a bullet in the head.
d) Misled the police.
e) Made an escape attempt.
f) Threatened with a police weapon.
I think there are two murders in the first degree, I'm drawn to the tower.

@aoyagi_rena: 💯 she will show herself again, she would not have been introduced so actively, she is already working with Aaron and Tim, further - more and there will definitely be some kind of batch. Our vigilance is being lulled now)
At least, if nothing is done to her character, then it will be stupid.

If I were Lucy, it would be terribly insulting that a man was so grieved for his drug addict wife and 99% that they would have gotten together if Isabel had gotten off the needle a little earlier, Tim had waited for her for a long time and loved her. In season 1, he hadn't seen her for a year, but we all realized that he loved her.
And now some kind of one-time mess and that's it, fuck you Lucy)
And Lucy's character was made a weakling, because in the same season 1, she left Nolan, despite strong feelings, chose herself and her career. Nothing prevented her from moving, but now she is hysterical, childish behavior😕

@Ksust: actually, Nolan dumped her, she was just considering this option, but he made the decision.
And as for the fact that she has become a wimp, maybe it's the relationship with Bradford that has such a negative effect on her? How many times she tried to talk to him about her work, and only the ski detector made him admit that there was a problem. It would have been nice for him to start going to therapy even then, but no. You'll mess around here...

03 May 15:13 # Show original
@Ksust: I do not agree that Lucy is behaving weakly and hysterically. She was in a strong relationship with a man who is not only her love, but also a close friend. She was worried about him, tried her best to help, while he was freezing from her. And at the moment when they had to get closer for the sake of supporting each other, and especially when she wanted to help a loved one get through this problem, he abruptly sends her three funny letters, simply because he decided that it would be better (this is exactly what the situation looks like from the outside Lucy, not Tim). Of course she's in a mess, but how else? On the contrary, it would be very strange if she behaved like, "well, OK, I quit and quit, now what, suffer because of this." Plus, let's add that she was already morally depressed because of the failed exam. In my opinion, her behavior is quite logical🤷🏻♀️

03 May 15:22 # Show original
@nikyshe4ka: no matter how logical her behavior might seem to you, in the first seasons she was shown differently, characteristic, as lively as Angela, but more gentle, of course, not so daring. It's OK to worry too much about the breakup, but for the whole of season 6 before the breakup, she wasn't as Lucy as we used to see her, so I don't understand why a strong part of her character was drained down the toilet. If you see it differently, then fine, I've outlined my view 🫰🏻

@Geist-Luft: here I also do not understand, a visually pleasant character with his own zest, well, believes in spirits, etc., and whatever, it does not interfere in any way.
Sometimes it is annoying that a borzo does not behave like a beginner. Nolan, Lucy and Jackson in the first season were afraid to say an extra word to the mentors across)
I went to her inst, a very smiling girl, absolutely know how. But her character, as for me, froze, except for the story with her sister, they don't show it in any way. Xs where are they going to move it

@Ksust: and if I behaved like them, they would be outraged that they were all the same :D Aaron is the same, but they don't hate him so much
about the development of the plot, I agree, I'm also waiting for them to move forward somehow

@Geist-Luft: Aaron behaves brazenly out of habit: he comes from a very rich family, he knows that losing his job is not very scary, and the family will punish him for minor offenses. Angela says the same thing in plain text: I have a rich husband, I can afford to take risks. There are two key differences here: 1) Aaron always apologizes for his intemperance, and Selina continues to argue with her superiors (sometimes snarling); 2) Aaron's joints usually do not endanger the lives of other people, and because of Selina, some could literally die.

@Geist-Luft: to be honest, both characters annoy me. They seem so different, with completely dissimilar stories and characters, but it pisses me off that they are constantly stupid at work. They are always climbing somewhere, making stupid mistakes, but everyone is running around with them. It feels as if the older characters have a more lenient attitude towards them. And because their characters are frozen in the plot, it seems that they do nothing but stupid mistakes.

Sometimes he is stupid and impertinent? She's the dumbest cop, whose mistakes are nothing but trouble! Such policemen should be fired! She may be smiling as a girl, but as an actor she's just a crazy woman! I haven't seen any use from her yet, not for the series, not for the actors.

I'm one of those people who is immensely annoyed by Selina. She constantly behaves stupidly and brazenly, but does not meet any consequences. The first generation of newcomers would have been suspended and fired five times already for so many offenses. (You can argue a lot about magical thinking and voice, but this is already a taste, so there are no complaints here.)

Accordingly, I am not thrilled that she is being brought closer to Lucy. It's not easy for Lucy right now, why make an extra mess in her head? I'm sorry about Chanford, they were an awesome couple until they really became a couple.

The psychologist behaves terribly unprofessionally, although he speaks a lot of clever words. I thought they just wanted to set her up with Aaron, but apparently she's really a dark horse, mb is leaking information to someone from the antagonists.

Why was she the one who interrogated the girl? She is an office doctor who works with police officers. She probably had some kind of training, but that's zero experience in the field. Why risk the victim's condition (as she was seen at that time)?

She had the feeling that she was a complete green fool. And now it feels like she's playing a completely green fool, and she's a psychopath on a mission.

Separately, I do not understand why I should go to a corporate psychologist for personal matters. There are no other specialists in the city, right? Do you need to record childhood injuries in a personal file? Tim, of course, did a great job for making up his mind. This is a huge step for the character. It's time for him to go there a long time ago. But bliiiin...

I've just watched the episodes from the season. I understand Tim, he's worried about Lucy, but I won't forgive the writers if they don't get along. How many seasons have fans been waiting for this couple? Yes, it seems to me from the very beginning, and they will be very offended they will not have a happy ending

@realmsdelight: I'm rooting for them too. But now I've been reviewing it since the first season and they have a frenzied chemistry, but, alas, when they got together, it disappeared for me somewhere. There are no glances, flirting, flirting, when they were not dating, they had more fire 😅
In general, for the sake of the fandom, of course, they will be brought together again)
