Mr. Krabs makes Krusty Krabs a 24-hour diner. On his first night at work, Squidward tries to scare SpongeBob by telling a story about Harry Minced Meat. After that, the story begins to happen in reality and Squidward himself begins to believe in it. But the reason for all that happened was the cook, who was looking for work and brought a shovel, was on the bus and called, but Count Dracula could not speak, who turned on and off the lights all night.

There was already a theme of "round-the-clock Krusty Krab". Mr. Krabs is stepping on the same rake.
