"Friendships are a little like backyard gardens. We plan to tend to them, we just always seem to put it off 'til next week" Perhaps Alan's attitude to Danny is the most interesting and attractive thing about him, and for the second series in a row this is shown by a great acting game, which you follow without stopping.
Such serious problems are raised in every episode, although at first many things seem ridiculous and even idiotic. Now "Scandal", "Force Majeure" and other procedures seem secondary, the emphasis has shifted. Some of the characters' replicas are priceless and pull on aphorisms.
The series is very good, I adore it, but this series (the last one of this season) seemed a little boring to me, sometimes even tedious. Yes, it's about America, patriotism, etc. - maybe that's what doesn't catch me? I didn't figure it out for myself.
