Grandma, mom and daughter in a drag queen club is, of course, powerful) And such a sweet moment when Luke and Lorelei were standing under the arch, that's how it should be)

Grandma told a sweet love story! It's just a pity that it reminded Lorelei not of Max, but of Rory's father.

as for me, Loreline drew the main conclusion from Emily's story: she does not try on a dress near the mirror several times every day before the wedding with Max. That says it all. because when you love a person, you worry, you want everything to be perfect ...
and Max's words that Loreline does everything only for herself (well, somehow that's how he put it) beat off all respect and interest for him, not only for me personally, but also in Loreline's eyes it was clearly visible

@chrispi268: it seemed to me that this was just another bell for her, as was the situation with the dress and the lack of excitement before the wedding, that she did not love him. But the loss of respect and interest is not what I think she experienced. It's not that she's had any interest at all lately, but respect, he didn't say anything reprehensible in my opinion to lose respect for him. But you have the right to see in it what you saw, and I don't argue if anything.

"As soon as they get tired of saying to each other, 'No, you're prettier,' the night will come to an end" -- banter over Dean and Rory is the best part of the day.
To rebel against the installation of a traffic light is the essence of this town.
"Michel heard and got in touch with us" — of course, he couldn't miss this, than he would annoy his boss for the next century.
Oh my God, how sweet, Emily Gilmore could be fluttering and in love.
Oh, how I love that Christopher and Lorelai have carried their friendship through the years, it's good to have someone who has known you since childhood, with whom you have so much in common, even if your family relations did not work out. It always upsets me that if you break up with a person, you lose them, but it wasn't just sex and a ring on your finger that connected you. And even more happy about their closeness.
"Did you know that we have this?! - I had no idea! - Come on. - Hey, there's a fire! - It's a brazier. Did you live in an underground shelter? - He knows so much! - Let's create a sect in his honor." XD
Max is a jack of all trades. Lorelei always chooses men who can feed her and her daughter, it's a lie that only the stronger sex has a way through the stomach. He so sweetly wraps around and accepts their quirks, well, how not to fall in love with such a man? Well, he's right, Max should understand what kind of influence he can have on Rory, he will now become not just her teacher, but her stepfather, he can sincerely worry about her and protect her from everything, just like Lorelei herself.
"There's a man in my room." Here is the real problem, to accept that now there will be only two of you and someone unfamiliar with its rules will get into your world. Because even considering how hard Max is trying to fit into their lives, Lorelei won't let him in. Because deep down she understands that he is not the one she needs. That they decided on this step too quickly. Although Max is still a pity, he is a really good person. Simply... not her novel.

@chch93: Luke is such a jealous meanie, I'm lying down, he also gave me a sullen look, but now he's about to start laughing. He knows how easy it is to shake Lorelei's faith in marriage, because she thinks the same way as he does (although I agree with him that this is too serious an obligation, but you two will get married anyway, I don't know).
Mom, I almost died there on the spot, why is the Hatch such a Hatch! He always grumbles in his eyes, is indignant, but does such incredible things, knowing how they will please his loved ones, even if he does not agree with what they are doing. This arch is what he made for Lorelai's wedding... I don't have the words.
"I think if you find the right person who is willing to tolerate your antics without trying to change you, change your clothes or force you to eat French cuisine, then you can put up with marriage" — the ideal formula for me.

So many people at the same time tell Lorelai about finding the right person that she began to doubt Max ((How quickly their engagement started and how quickly everything was going to the wedding, clearly hinted that everything would collapse just as quickly. It's a pity that Lorelai realized this too late, I don't want to see her break Max's heart :with
It was so cute when Dean told Max about Rory and Lorelai's quirks :D
And overeating Lorelai, accusing Max: "Why did you let me eat so much?" - typical me :DDD

It's strange that Lorelai was afraid that she wasn't so worried about the wedding. I think her mother was a little bit younger when she got married. And she didn't have much life experience, so it was so exciting for her. I don't know, we can talk for a long time. It's not clear to me at all.

@vk558320: it seems to me that it is not strange at all, but it should be. I don't think feelings are measured by age and life experience.
If you are not trembling with excitement before such an important day, you do not think about the guy all the time and even on the first night you leave to discuss with your daughter "is everything okay", then something is wrong after all)

I knew it wouldn't come to the wedding. However, I thought that they would not agree on some serious issue for both of them, because they decided to get married too quickly and did not really discuss anything. And Max is very sorry, the bride ran away on the eve of the wedding, and I did not understand whether she informed him of her decision at all or not.

How quickly they sorted out questions like where to live and whether Max wanted children. Well, "skillfully" so they skipped 3 months of summer, this period is very significant for Dean and Rory (also a Friend left), and in 2 months without Max, I thought Lorelai would get closer to Luke or something would happen that the wedding would be canceled before the cake was ready

She marries Max, looks ambiguously at Luke on some half-hints, and eventually remembers Christopher. My God, this woman doesn't really need anyone, I'm sure she dreams of living alone with Rory until old age
