I feel sorry for Logan. We can say that he is in almost the same situation as Lorelei was once in - his parents control his life and decide everything for him.
Luke, yes, I agree, he grumbled a lot in this series. Just like a disgruntled old grandfather. And I also don't like the fact that he doesn't introduce Lorelei to his daughter. This is strange....

The series was full of events, not just dialogues, as usual. I was surprised that Luke took the necklace so easily and passed it off as his gift, although in fact it was a gift from Logan to his kind of future mother-in-law. And about the engagement announcement in the newspaper: Lorelei is to blame herself, there is no need to constantly keep her parents one step behind or deceive, because in fact they wanted to show on the contrary how proud they are that their daughter is getting married so that everyone knows. I think these are the flaws of a shitty script. Seriously, for 5 seasons, Luke did everything for and for Lorelai, he always listened to her, and then he became so Maryish, act after act outside of his character, as if the screenwriters suddenly forgot who they were prescribing.

And that's how we first hear the hatch in the pair/Lorelai's declaration of love? I feel like I've been robbed. Where are the first confessions, where is Lorelai, who finally opens up and says this to a man, why was it all so blurred and ordinary, almost between the lines? Rory had, attention, THREE moments with declarations of love, with all her boyfriends, in different situations, each had an accent, so where is this in the much-anticipated pair of the series?! It's very, very disappointing.

Luke is just like another person-whining, complaining, grumbling, running into Lorelei. I didn't expect him to pass off Logan's gift as his own at all. it's just annoying this daughter of his, why the fuck did they come up with it at all - add drama? they were such an ideal couple, they complemented each other in their restraint-expression, and here is such a disgusting feeling.

Блин, жалко Логана. видно как давит на него его семья, а он молодой и хочет пожить своей жизнью, а может быть потом бы как то одумался и стал бы у руля семейного бизнеса, а так взвалили всё на него. Ох и семейство у него.
Вот жаль, что Логан не поступает как Лорелея в свое время со своими родителями, может конечно и правильно, но все же.
И о приятном, Логан и Рори такие милые, будто уже парочка, эта сценка милая с газетой, а как они вместе все делают.

Рори какая-то приспособленка. Приехала на пару дней в дом родных своего парня и уже ведёт себя как местная. «Нам так нравится местный спортзал», «Мы решили отдать вам ключи», «Мы вас накормим».
Да ещё это «мы планируем в Азию на пару недель». У неё недавно денег не было ни копейки, поедет за счёт Логана или отца?
В общем, какое-то неприятное ощущение от этой новой богатенькой Лори.

Тут какой-то сценарный огрех, судя по этой серии, она уже не раз была в этом доме, но раньше это никак не упоминалось, и кажется чужеродным. Я аж подумала, что забыла какие-то моменты. А про Азию и правда непонятно, за чей счёт планируется банкет.

Люк, хоть и ворчливый по жизни человек, в этой серии превзошел сам себя, его нытье угнетало. И я не понимаю, почему персонажи уже несколько серий не устают повторять, что свадьба «так скоро». Когда в первый раз прозвучала эта фраза, до свадьбы было еще пять месяцев!
И меня еще «умилило», с какой легкостью Люк говорил о потере всех свадебных депозитов; шоб я так жила, чтобы так легко терять деньги только потому, что «слишком много в жизни происходит, надо перенести свадьбу»

С самого начала считала Люка идеальным мужчиной для Лорелеи, но как только они сошлись, начала в этом сомневаться. А в этой же серии и вовсе хочется, чтобы они наконец расстались, уж слишком много неприятных моментов

КАК же Лор была рада, когда Люк сделал ей подарок, что наконец-то её любимый мужчина вспомнил про неё среди этой суматохи с отменой депозитов и групп и цветов, и ограничением к его дочери. А ещё как обходителен Логан с Рори на их фоне. И вот он все брюзжит, а она все пытается хорошо провести время вместе. И вот он - знак внимания, и какой он грязный и противный этот подарок. Было мерзко.
