With the aliens, it was really unexpected!Straight up, as if it wasn't about Indiana Jones. Anyway, the film is weaker than all the others. But the finale is epic! No expense was spared for special effects!

@Мятежница: Well, the very first movie is also very weak. The second and third are much better.
Thanks to this movie, I know where to hide in case of an atomic explosion!😁

The good part turned out to be exciting, but the aliens were manipulated by mystics.

I really liked this movie. Besides, I was very happy to see that Indiana got married.

Indiana Jones is a very peculiar franchise. It is difficult to compare each film with the previous one. There's a lot to say here specifically, but globally no more than average. There are a lot of things mixed up, yes, the picture has become fresher, but the idea of the film largely duplicates the previous parts, and famous actors do not add much whist to this movie. To be honest, it wasn't even the aliens who got away with it, but the all-powerful Soviet soldiers and KGB officers who, during the period of late McCarthyism, were able to calmly flaunt their uniforms in third world countries and organize sabotage inside the United States. It's not as bad as the second film in the series, but it's generally weak.
