The teaser for the second season of "Beacon 23" has been released

MGM+ showed the first teaser of the second season of the science fiction series "Beacon 23", based on the book of the same name by Hugh Howey. The premiere of the new part of the project will take place in April 2024, but the exact date has not yet been disclosed.

The action of the series develops in the XXIII century. The first season of the show starring Lena Headey and Stephan James told about the government agent Aster and former military man Halan. They find themselves trapped in one of the many beacons at the edge of the universe that help spaceships pass by safely.

In season two, Beacon 23 becomes more than just a prison, and the Artifact raises more questions every day. The residents of Beacon 23 aren't sure what to do next, and so they have to rely on each other. However, the lack of a common plan may prevent them from saving the day.
