The final battle: watch the trailer for the third season of "Star Wars: The Bad Batch"
Lucasfilm Animation has released a trailer of the third and final season of the animated series "Star Wars: The Bad Batch". The final installment of the project will premiere on February 21: the first three episodes of the third season will be released on Disney+ on that day.
"Star Wars: The Bad Batch" is a spin-off of the animated series "The Clone Wars". The show follows the adventures of Squad 99, the "reject batch" of clones. The members of this unique squad are genetically different from their fellow clone army members: each of them possesses a special skill that makes them extremely effective soldiers and a formidable team. They started out as mercenaries and tried to find their way in a rapidly changing galaxy.
In the final installment, the members of the Bad Batch will try to rescue Omega, trapped in a remote Imperial science lab. To reunite with the girl, they will have to find new allies, go on a dangerous mission and use everything they have in their arsenal — because that's the only way to free themselves from the oppression of the Empire.
