Steve Buscemi has joined the cast of the second season of "Wednesday"
Steve Buscemi ("Reservoir Dogs", "Miracle Workers") has joined the cast of the second season of the Netflix series "Wednesday". Specific details about his character are being kept secret for now, but Variety's sources say that Buscemi will play the new principal of Nevermore Academy.
The series is about Wednesday Addams, the daughter of Gomez and Morticia. In the first season, she enrolled at Nevermore Academy to learn how to manage the psychic powers she had developed.
The role of Wansday was played by Jenna Ortega, who will also return in the second season. The actress recently revealed that the new episodes will feature more horror and action, and that the season itself will feel bigger: "Each episode will probably feel a little bit more like a movie".
The first season of the "Wednesday" series was released in November 2022. Filming on the second installment will begin at the end of April in Ireland, and it is expected to be released in 2025.

And Steve Buscemi is a great acquisition for the series. A talented actor, and all sorts of "oddities" he manages to play well. We are patient and waiting.
