Ohhh, here she is! This is the episode that I remember from the years when The X-Files was first shown on TV! I fell into the soul even then and now I did not disappoint. The scene at night in the forest is full of charm and sweetness!
Awesome series! 5 out of 5, definitely!

Such series are my second favorite in the rating after the series with aliens. 5 out of 5.

Damn, I remembered this series from childhood - I was sure that there would be a sequel... But the next episode was part b about the monster and Cher. I decided then that the M.B. series was shown out of order. And now everything has fallen into place :(

Oh, this is the episode, I finally saw it. once in my childhood, I clicked the channels in the evening and got to this very moment of their departure and ... it seems nothing special, but these wonderful eyes did not leave my head for a very long time))

The series was released in 1997, I watched it in 2018. After 21 years, the episode has not lost an ounce of horror. Once again, I am convinced that time is beyond the control of this series, and the lack of modern technology with cool special effects does not interfere at all. 👽

Apparently, the translator's error.

Interestingly, Mulder says in the Russian translation that he seriously thought about death when he was on the "polar expedition". Although in the original he laughs it off, talking about watching Ice Capades (1940-1995) - a kind of Dancing on Ice with stars who toured the country like circuses.
And the juxtaposition of Scully's serious response is lost for lack of a joke.

I'll also add this series to my notes as one of my favorites!

It's been a long time since there were such touching scenes between Mulder and Scully. The last one, it seems, was when they were fishing for a monster on the lake and their boat sank

The ending with the monster under the bed does not add optimism.

I love this kind of series. The horror delivers more newfangled horror movies (well, or exactly on a par!).
And the scene in the forest is, of course, top! Laughed with Mulder's “I don't wanna wrestle” when Scully started warming him up
