Probably the funniest episode that I've reviewed 10 times. Mulder through Scully's eyes: a crazy lunatic with a BSV over 9000. and Scully through Mulder's eyes is harsh and greedy for men in the form of HDD

Some kind of too complicated scheme is emerging. Conspirators among the US military/government kidnap young women - but at the same time make them think that they were abducted by aliens. Then Japanese doctors perform tests on them and insert Japanese implants into them. In parallel, hybrid clones take their eggs from them. Which are then fertilized by other hybrids in test tubes and carried in grandmothers. Some medical samples from all this are stored in the clone hybrid laboratory, and some under the Pentagon (and this is all in addition to the more general storage in an abandoned mine and an electronic database)...
