The intensity of passions is generally very strong. And the denouement, hopefully, in a week. Obviously, the series will be extended with such ratings and ratings. It's just not clear how. The same heroes, a new case? It won't be the same at all. This series is good precisely for the momentary situation and the people who found themselves involved in it with all the subtleties and minutiae.

@Nibir: Hopefully, even if there is a continuation, they will continue the series and not this story. The series was planned as a mini-series of 8 episodes, I would not like to see sequels where the plot is sucked out of my finger, it's better to have a new story and new characters like in a true detective. Even if they don't meet the bar, it won't be a shame for the first season:D

I hope that there will be no second seasons and other stories; such series are good because they have a well-developed plot.

What a finale! The voice of a woman from the "scandalous show", carrying the idea of "paying the bills", events in prison and a retiring detective, surrounded by "gifts". Gorgeous! In general, as I noticed, this is one of the distinctive features of this series - the parallelized storylines towards the end of the series.
ps. why was Naz smiling so sweetly at the guy testifying against him regarding the distribution of adderall?

Yes, it's a good series. It leads to the denouement very nicely. And that cold, almost emotionless expression on Naz's face. As they say - "something terrible is coming..."

Definitely one of the best episodes of the season. It was a great transition from the detective's farewell party to the prison. With such success, Naz can become Freddie's right-hand man and he won't have to swallow bags of heroin. If the second season is destined to happen, I hope it will be a sequel and not as an anthology.

Everything is fine, but there is, in general, one question for the screenwriters: How can a defense lawyer in his right mind make references to the OuDjey case?

The defense lawyers are completely helpless. As for Naz's cut, first they just had to ask the prosecutor's expert if he could exclude the possibility of a cut with a broken glass door with one hundred percent probability. And I don't understand, does Turturro do any legal work there? He sits silently in court, the rest of the time just feeds the cat and deals with his problems. What was he paid 50 grand for?

A great series, just like the previous ones. It is well shown that during the interrogation of Boxing in court, he begins to have faint doubts that Nazir is guilty, and he himself understands that there was no such investigation. I think that he will help find the true criminal, because he is "a cop who does not like...you" and wants to leave beautifully.

The case when you watch the series in the middle of 2019. He's awesome. Series 7 is very powerful. It draws attention to the very beginning when the police in a short scene talk about some kind of murder with a similar picture. And the end of the episode, when a retired cop sits in a pile of gifts for this occasion. And he understands that he has not finalized (probably understands). I don't think it will be a spoiler (I haven't watched the final episode yet) if the main character turns out to be the killer. Or the second option, according to which he will do something to stay in prison.
