Great season! I'm absolutely thrilled! I can't even remember why I stopped watching the series a couple of years ago! The completion is generally beyond praise. And now... there are still a couple and a half seasons ahead :) Paaa-eehali!
I've never stopped watching Blogs, like many of the comments, and probably never will. A very interesting season and a wonderful ending! At the end, she even burst into tears, a very touching scene with the brothers. And Metatron is a bastard , no wonder I didn 't like him from the very beginning XD
This is the most gorgeous ending for me. There are simply no words to describe the emotions: how thoughtful, beautiful, "delicious" the last scene was shot!!! The music is chosen amazingly, just goosebumps.
And here's another thing. I'll just leave it here.: "I want to ask you a favor... Sam... Tell me, when you confessed over there, what did you confess?... I'm curious, because with my biography, the question arises: where do I even begin to seek forgiveness for myself?"
What the hell is wrong with you Winchesters? So many went to the goal, so many victims... And all for what? Dean's heartwarming speech at the end? This is a failure.

It's cool to start watching the series when it's almost all out) I watched it on TV at school, but at the end of December I decided to take a full look, since season 15 is final) and voila week 3 and I finalized season 8)
The end of the episode made me cry, but it was awesome. It's good that I'm watching the series just now and I don't have to wait, huh, otherwise I'd probably go crazy.
One of the best seasons compared to the previous ones. Cas 's resistance to Naomi 's influence is very exciting , the restoration of friendship between the brothers and the charming Charlie

I don't understand why everyone likes the ending so much. Dean has some kind of double standards. When Crowley took over Kevin's mother, killing her to kill Crowley too is a justified sacrifice. When Sam agreed to sacrifice himself by bending Lucifer into a cage, everyone also agreed that this was a necessary measure. But Sammy's death in order to close hell, completely and forever, 5 minutes before victory, then no, it's too big a sacrifice, let's look for another way, because now we know how to kill hell dogs and return one soul from hell at the cost of several other lives. It's not clear why Dean didn't let Sam finish healing Crowley. After all, he knew how it could end, and even told Sam about it when he planned to take the tests himself. Naomi only confirmed his fears. Plus, Crowley's healing itself is just a test. That is, the gates of hell would not have closed automatically. If I'm not mistaken, Kevin said that the very closing of the gates of hell is a spell that must be performed after passing three tests. Well, at least Crowley would have been cured.

My favorite: "'Do you have any idea what it feels like to watch your brother just.'" Oh, Dean knows perfectly well. Do you remember how you beat your brother half to death and chose a demon? Do you remember how, instead of looking for him (and Kevin), you hung out with Amelia and then behaved like the last bastard towards Dean, who needed help adapting for a minute. How did you try to kill his friend?
Oh and yes, mind you, Sam made the decision to give up the test himself. Dean asked, but the final choice was Sam's.
About the season as a whole. The first half was pretty good - flashbacks from Purgatory, Dean's PTSD, Dean and Benny's friendship. Of course, there was the unbearable Sam and his boring flashbacks with Amelia, but what to do. The series As Time Goes By and Everybody Hates Hitler were also worthy.
But God, what happened next. As soon as the trials were given to Sam, the season was lost. Another round of What's wrong with Sam? Dean was turned into a nurse. Regarding some episodes, the question arose as to how they got the green light at all.
The scenario level for the second half of this season is one of the worst in S1-11. Not such a nightmare as the S12-15, of course, but still. I have no idea what happened to Carver here, considering how well he started the season.

Сэм делает ошибки, часто, чаще чем кто-либо, но у него были на то причины, он ТОЖЕ был в аду, он был практически чертовым демоном и ощущал это с самого детства. Он ТОЖЕ терял близких. У него тоже проблемы с доверием. Он тоже повидал дерьма. Он сложный, но его можно понять. И Дин понимает. И принимает. Мне кажется, Сэм все же осознаёт свои ошибки. Он очень изменился с первых сезонов. Ревность никуда не уходит, да, но у них созависимые отношения, от которых нельзя избавиться при их образе жизни. Они справляются так, как могут.
Насчёт комментариев выше - мне наоборот вторая половина сезона, где братья разрешили наконец свой конфликт, понравилась куда больше первой. Все стало понятнее, логичнее (конечно, да, канон ломали то здесь, то там, но в целом сезон получился неплохой, тяжёлый в хорошем смысле) Да, по сути их старания оказались напрасны, но это ведь и завязка на следующие сезоны) нужно думать, решать. Каса безумно жалко. Когда уже у него все станет более-менее хорошо и стабильно.
Проблема не в том, что Сэм делает ошибки. Все делают ошибки. И это нормально. Проблема в том, что он повторяет их из раза в раз, ничему не учась на них. Но даже на это можно закрыть было бы глаза, если бы не тот факт, что вместо принятия на себя ответственности, Сэм постоянно перекладывает её на Дина, выставляя себя самого жертвой и заставляя Дина чувствовать себя виноватым и извиняться перед Сэмом - в данной серии или, например, в 5.05, когда Дину извиняться было не за что. Созависимость присутствовала всегда, но это не было такой уж огромной проблемой раньше, но в этом сезоне, особенно в этой серии, особенно беря во внимания тут цитату, которую Вы отметили выше, Джереми Карвер довел эту созависимость до невообразимых масштабов, которых раньше и близко не было ИМХО.
Сэм такой, какой он есть 🤷🏼♀️ младший в семье, младший брат. С ним обращаются в соответсвии с этой ролью, он так себя и ведет. Я понимаю Ваши к нему (скорее к сценаристам) претензии, но все это хоть и путевка к психотерапевту, к тому же семейному, но объяснимо и понятно. Это принимает Дин, это приняла и я. Посмотрим, как дела будут обстоять дальше)
Это ни в коем случае не значит, что я все это одобряю. Просто принимаю людей и ситуацию такими, какие они есть
Кабздец!!! Вот уж наворотили, так наворотили дел, м-да!!! Кастиэль со своим вечным "думал, что так правильно", Винчестеры ничуть не лучше "А давайте всё бросим, главное же, чтобы Сэмми жил!". Ну да, Сэмми же важнее всех и вся, кто бы сомневался! Многие восхищаются этой "братской любовью", но уж извините, тут какая-то абсолютно больная созависимость, спасибо сценаристам ( чтоб им до конца дней икалось!). Одного понять не могу. Ведь в начале были действительно более менее нормальные отношения у них, а что потом!? Шоураннеры пошли на поводу фанатов, продвигая эту их ненормальную "любовь", из-за которой потом, по сути, братья плюют на весь мир, если это угрожает как-то одному из них!? Почему-то очень жаль Наоми, она то к финалу осознала, что творится какая-то чехуйня и что тоже наворотила не очень хороших дел, но, к сожалению, Наоми единственная кто хоть что-то понял, в отличие от всех остальных.

Про созависимость, Вы ведь, наверное, знаете, что Джереми искренне считал, что он пришел лечить эту созависимость. Круто ж вылечил, ничего не скажешь.
Хотя вполне вероятно, что весь этот кошмар с преждевременным убийством персонажей и их недоразвитием и этими больными братскими отношениями на самом деле на Роберте Сингере. Потому что все эти проблемы в целом тянулись сквозь большую часть сериала, независимо от шоураннера. Неизменным оставался только Сингер в роли исполнительного продюсера. Ведь это он постоянно саботировал любые сюжетные линии, которые подразумевали разделение братьев.

А из-за этой ужасной программы "Watch out for Sammy!", которую Джон ("спасибо" ему огромное) вбил в голову Дина. Дескать если вдруг с Сэмом что-то не так, это была всегда вина Дина. Помните эпизод 1.18 про штригу и каким взглядом Джон смотрел на маленького Дина? Потом в 5.16 когда в Раю было воспоминание ночи, где Сэм ушел от них в колледж, по голосу Дина у меня сформировалось четкое впечатление, что Джон в этом винил Дина и там явно словами не обошлось.
Вот всей этой программой Джон и причинил Дину достаточно серьезную душевной травму (+ к смерти матери) и дал начало его глубоким self-worth issues. И вот как раз таки в подобных ситуациях как в этой серии, когда Сэму грозит опасность, в Дине и начинают выходить наружу все эти травмы. Ведь если с Сэмом что-то случится, Дин будет считать, что это его вина, т.к. Джон сделал все, чтобы Дин так считал.

Что бы стало с душами людей, принадлежащих Аду? Они бы скапливались на Земле? Это же катастрофа бы была. Но вместо того, чтобы привести эти разумные аргументы, все опять было сведено к умирающему Сэму. Предсказуемо и скучно. Нешокирующий шок это довольно частое явление в этом сериале. Речь Сэма ожидаема. А вот речь Дина меня разозлила. Тут Дин открыто сказал, что вся его Вселенная вертится вокруг Сэма и на всех остальных плевать. Дин, ты не настолько жалок, чтобы определять всю свою жизнь одним человеком. Кас не настолько тупой, чтобы бездумно верить Метатрону. Опыт с Левиафанами должен был его научить. Но нет, опять он козел отпущения. Такой был замечательный персонаж, сколько историй можно было интересных с ним сделать. В результате его использует просто как сюжетный инструмент. А вот на Каса и Дина, сидящих в баре я бы всю серию посмотрел. Когда эти двое одни, между ними великолепное взаимодействие. Марк Шеппард отлично передал процесс излечения Кроули.
Та вы что серьёзно, вот так финал🔥🔥 великолепный был сезон ,считаю один из лучших. А в конце ,как ангелы падали вниз очень эпично сняли, а ж дух захватывает. А ,Метатрон сук*н сын, как он мог так поступить.... Конец просто завораживает😍😍

А вот речь Дина меня разозлила. Тут Дин открыто сказал, что вся его Вселенная вертится вокруг Сэма и на всех остальных плевать. Дин, ты не настолько жалок, чтобы определять всю свою жизнь одним человеком.
Кас не настолько тупой, чтобы бездумно верить Метатрону. Опыт с Левиафанами должен был его научить. Но нет, опять он козел отпущения. Такой был замечательный персонаж, сколько историй можно было интересных с ним сделать. В результате его использует просто как сюжетный инструмент.
А вот на Каса и Дина, сидящих в баре я бы всю серию посмотрел. Когда эти двое одни, между ними великолепное взаимодействие.
Марк Шеппард отлично передал процесс излечения Кроули.
В целом, сезон выдался неплохим!)
