I like. everything is very intriguing, and I already feel very sorry for Hallie, who is having an interesting conflict with herself. And Petey, who I'm really worried about. Turturro always touches my heart, what kind of topics he has with Walken, it's interesting too.
Adam Scott's character is still pissing, but he's still growing up. but Arquette is very annoying: She is clearly not divided, and her surveillance of Mark is outraged.
The series is, of course, really creepy. It seems to me that this series has sagged a bit, but the atmosphere is tense. The company is as authoritarian as possible.
Oh!Still nothing is clear))The music was very creepy when Helly tried to escape! Is Irving gay?)It's a pity for Pitti, did he really die in the end?The series is generally top!I really like that it's already the third episode, but it's still interesting to watch!!The main character is not exactly a coward, I would call him a doubter, these are the ones who usually get to the truth, but Pitti got to the bottom of it along the way, and where is he now
@Kudryashka: it also seemed to me that Irving is gay) but even if not, it is so touching that he found a person close in spirit, he is clearly very lonely, his colleagues do not understand him and do not appreciate his sense of beauty XD it is, by the way, interesting that they work in small groups, not with each other They see each other, and the hostility between departments is clearly artificially maintained. Probably, so that their "intra" personalities do not develop through communication, so that they are engaged exclusively in work.
Halle can cut herself every day, and then she definitely won't come back to work X)) The company is very strange. There are upper civil floors where people walk, it's light, it's beautiful. There are lower ones, as for experimental rats, and even a layout in the form of a maze. The figures are also divided into 4 categories, and the founder said that there are four main human emotions that he "pacified", and fear was among them. And Mark said that there are not only "scary" numbers, maybe then they are looking for a way to pacify a person's emotions? To... the motives of the corporation are still extremely unclear to perform the operation for all XD people, but I like this feeling of pressure, how the bosses make them go out of their way, and they themselves keep silent meaningfully, and they are not even visible. And it's also strange that Mark left work in the evening, and no one checked him, and the building was empty at all, although they have a schedule there, and someone has to keep an eye on it? Well, yes, it's very sectarian: processing, surveillance, fake smiles, everything is white and sterile, all these pictures, confessions - in fact, behavior programming. And how did they study Irving's reaction to the qualities of his "extra"? Which can be taken from the ceiling altogether. And they are clearly being zombified somehow, because seriously, finger traps? What kind of motivation is this? It's fun, of course, to watch, and it's very interesting how it will all be explained in the end. Some kind of mixture of Portal and Black Mirror.
I would like to see the life of "extra" Hayley. In general, people's characters in and out of work seem to be preserved. In theory, she is a lively lady in real life. What if she is a journalist or an activist of a movement that fights against "division"?
How good Patricia Arquette is. In each project, the acting out of the oddities of her characters is only admired. By the way, Ben Stiller had previously worked with her on Escape from Dannemore - a great series, I advise everyone to watch, Stiller copes with the role of a dramatic director with a bang.
I got the impression that these people are being prepared for something, somehow they are being trained. The thought of transferring someone else's identity into each of their bodies flashed through her mind. But that's just a theory.
Can't this company work on the so-called immortality, which is achieved through the transfer of consciousness in the form of a chip? And then, it turns out that working with numbers is somehow necessary for adaptation in a new body.
And yet, one of the statues of past CEOs of the company suspiciously looks like the security guard from their work who appears during escape attempts. Which is also amazing.
p.s. In general, everything that happens at work is like life in a computer simulation. Everything is too fake and unreal.
I completely agree with you ... Honestly, I'm trying to see the third series where such ratings come from and why the series is so praised. Because of the actor's caste maybe? Everyone is playing at the level. But the overall feeling of the plot is so far incredibly burdensome and stuffy, although the idea is extremely interesting. I saw in the comments that people from the first episode are falling for the series. Well, let's see a couple more episodes…
