Moldova is sorry, she sang well and flew out. But Ukraine was not impressed, no matter how they try to promote it everywhere, this year they are clearly not contenders for victory.

Ireland is a bomb, leaving aside the impressions of the performance of believers (I partly understand them), I will say that the work on the number was done excellent.
After Ireland's selection, I was one of the first to say that it would not make the finals. Now I wish her victory.

It's kind of weak this year. There are a lot of very conventional singers. In particular, for this reason, Serbia's entry into the finals was surprising: the performance left a feeling of a strangled whisper, although the fragment in the cut was suddenly vociferous. I didn't understand Lithuania either.

And it's a shame for Moldova: the voice, the melody, the beautiful video sequence - a high-quality, professionally made number that could decorate the final concert.

I feel sorry for Australia. The tune is pretty, national flavor again...

I will also mention Azerbaijan for its national flavor. Yes, they have a strange tradition of periodically sending harsh men with dubious English pronunciation to the competition. But this time the landing was reinforced by the vociferous Azerbaijani Freddie Mercury. And it was really good. So they were in my personal top ten.

The Croat won my heart with the line: "Meow, cat! Please, meow back" ;)))

In my opinion, Ukraine has a very nice song. Cyprus, it seems, is about nothing, but the tune is affectionate, and the girl moves well. The orgy from Slovenia was somewhat confused, but there is a voice, there is a song. But the scene on the occult theme from Ireland, in my opinion, somehow has little to do with the song contest.

Finland continues to supply freaks to the competition. But the number was done, in my opinion, quite nicely - all these moments with hiding "nudity " are delivered clearly and with humor. Yes, humor in short pants, but still humor, not vulgarity. And what, at the Oscars this year, a naked man on stage was worse than the Eurovision Song Contest?!.. ;)

But my personal favorite of this semi-final is just on the other side of the spectrum - pure, snow-white, powerfully vocal. Portugal is beautiful!
