And how Rory pushed the negligent Jess out to help her uncle, who was spinning, almost by the scruff of the neck! He builds it as if they have been married for ten years. And how hard it is for the guy to admit that he is kind and his own, che, all patron.

Oh, to me, this Emily, Luke and Lorelai's first shipper, a restless woman, transferred her daughter's wedding dreams to Sookie, and almost ruined everything for the young. But I don't get tired of yelling at how actively she takes her daughter with a cap all the way.
It is so touching how he is afraid of becoming the same hermit that no one needs, like his evil uncle, and even more touching is how wrong this is, and every resident, led by Mrs. Gilmore, proves to him what a good person he is, responding with the same kindness.
And Lorelai looks great as a barista /waiter / cafe owner))
(in this he resembles Luke, by the way)
He is also such a versatile man, just a jack of all trades: a waiter, a repairman, a salesman, and a video rental administrator :D In general, it is a very good decision of the screenwriters – when you need a lot of such minor roles, put on them not different random people whom no one will remember, but a familiar character
