I think Paris, when she got home at 4 a.m., was bursting with the desire to tell Rory, but she didn't want to listen. I don't think she's offended, rather, she doesn't like the idea that Paris is sleeping with her grandfather's age, and she doesn't want to have anything to do with this situation.
