Homer is participating in an experimental hair-growing program. And he gets new hair, becoming a completely new person. Marge finds him very sexy, Mr. Burns promotes Homer and gives him an assistant named Carl, who ensures that his every action is correct and successful. But soon the hair begins to fall out again and luck turns away from Homer.
