Training Day (2001)

A boring movie about the back of the shield

The film is certainly not boring... keeps you on your toes. Until the last moment, I thought that Jake would be killed at the end or his family.

The film bomb Denzel Washington Ethan Hawke Eva Mendes perfectly played their roles and all the other actors Bravo.

It's a great movie. Sometimes I review it to suit my mood.
A novice, looking at the detectives of the drug enforcement department, dreams of luxury houses and his team. And he doesn't even know how it was obtained. Until that very training day arrives.

Well, many moments may be similar to the truth, but the film itself is for one time

I watched Brooklyn Cops before this movie and immediately recognized the actor Ethan Hawke, and in the middle of the movie I imagined that at the end he would move to Brooklyn and do the same thing Alonzo did.

The criminal component of the Los Angeles cops, the general trend of merging power and law enforcement agencies with the criminal world, is not poorly shown. But the pretentious words and arguments of Washington's character somehow spoil everything. I don't understand why he suddenly decided to pull a "rookie" into his circle in one day. Even if you consider that the recruit has not succumbed to temptation, it is extremely risky to kill him. The character of Hawke himself is shown to be a fool until they plot to "remove" him:smokes schmal, participates in some kind of raids and dirty deeds. He seems to be a cop with a high moral assessment of his profession. I don't understand why he's doing all this. If the events were shown in the context of the actions of several days, then there would be no questions. The events shown would have looked more harmonious over a longer period of time. This is about my feelings about the script. As it is, the film is neither bad nor good. If you compare him to the Kings of the Streets, he can't stand up to any competition.
