Terminator Salvation

Despite the haight, this is one of my favorite movies. It's too atmospheric and the idea is not bad with the main character.

I don't understand the complaints about this part: the third one was less interesting and worse.
and here the characters are interesting and John Connor is clearly good, and the robots and the picture and the general story.

It's good that they moved into the future, but it's bad that the very future was made as formulaic as possible and for some reason terminators became less dangerous and new types of cars literally turn into cars, purely cyborg motorcycle, cyborg airplane, cyborg bigger and so on. It would be better to invest in an atmosphere of horror and disaster. The cast has strengthened and you can even see the notes of diligence. Computer Arnold looked strange, but not without a twinge of a smile. In general, the film of unfulfilled potentials, here is the story that a terminator was launched into the past, which can kill both Kyle and Connor, and it seems that you can make a lot of twists and emotional swings out of this, in the end it did not work out, everything was straightforward and with huge conventions, for example, Marcus catches in the face from cyborgs (who like him they should not interfere) and at the same time from people, although it is a heavy machine, and it is not so easy to move it. Also, the war between humans and Skynet was made not an intellectual battle, but a trivial task to blow up the main plant or take important people hostage, whom you seem to be trying to kill. It's doubly insulting: they took such an important step for the franchise, they had to show a brilliant film, and in the end they gave us an amateur unsuccessful experience.
