An uninteresting movie

I've been watching it for the umpteenth time and the movie is still good.
But I still want to wash up after it

It's just disgusting and therefore insanely delicious - that's all that can be said about the film 😎

The plot is uncomplicated, but the atmosphere was created very competently. Indeed, after watching it, you feel dirty. Drug addiction and a marginal lifestyle without romanticization.

Excellent directorial work. The film makes you think and analyze 👍

Most of all, I was surprised by how calmly everyone around me treats heroin addiction in the film, as if it were the norm and there was nothing particularly scary about it.
(Considering the age of the film, perhaps it was, but still the contrast with modern censure is huge)

I watched it in school, about ten years ago, now it's my favorite movie, I watch it consistently once a year or two. ♥

:: what should I use first?

Caught up in the Halloween atmosphere, I turned on Danny Boyle's horror movie "On the Needle." it's full of trash and wow at the same time.

Why did I call it a horror movie? yes, because it comes without foreplay, from the first seconds and lines!

I decided not to choose life — I chose something else. And the reasons? No reason at all. Who needs reasons when there's a ger*in?

📖 :: Irvine Welsh's book, of course, describes what happens to the characters in more colorful and detailed terms (most accurately translated by Valery Nugatov), but the film also showed well what it's like to live "on a needle." What a scene in "Scotland's worst toilet" is worth! She's as gorgeous as she is disgusting.

While watching, I couldn't shake the terrifying thought that this kind of life also exists, and the filmed part is far from the whole of it. just the tip of the iceberg.

The movie is great. true, it can be difficult to perceive, more often it is very disgusting, and the filth, stench and apathy that live side by side with the characters are easy to feel through the screen. irony here tries to help smooth out the wrinkles on the forehead that form due to the shock of what they see, as well as relax the furrowed brows, but it does not always cope and often throws firewood in the form of hysterical laughter into the fire of reaction.

Strong recommendation: do not turn on the movie while eating
