It's a very beautiful story, even a parable in some ways.
How good is Death passion (or is it my habit to fall for nice punctual, neat business men in great suits?)

Demolish the door of the bomb shelter to eventually wait out the bombing in a room without a door... These guys definitely deserve the Darwin Award.

I saw a parody of this series in Futurama: his glasses broke there - he took books with large print, then his eyes fell out, he switched to Books in Braille. Then the arms fell off..

@Radiovolna: Yes, it was a cult series for its time. And even now, in terms of atmosphere and plots, he will give odds to many serial horror films.
