Dawn of the Dead (2004)

One of the highest quality horror films about zombies from the day of its release to this day. Cool makeup, very thoughtful and characteristic characters, a lot of action... Scenes without action are also not filler, they carry some kind of meaning.
However, the girl who rushed to save the dog, which was not in danger, is infuriating. How many people died because of a fool...

Great movie

The first half of the film was still going nowhere, but after getting into the shopping center, the development of events stupidly stopped. It's neither funny nor scary. Well, the "ingenious" plan is to leave a habitable place with food, water and generators, and lose team members, transport, weapons, and supplies into the void. Although is it worth expecting anything else from such a genre, if the "Walkers" in recent seasons were also hardly similar to themselves. The costumers and make-up artists didn't do much work here either.

5/10 is a stretch.

It's a good zombie movie. It's very similar to "The Walking Dead", it just felt like it was one of the lines of the series.) Although the film was released earlier.

One of my first films is on DVD, so I've watched it many times. In the top of my favorite horror movies. A very atmospheric zombie apocalypse!

It's a great movie, it's a top movie for 2004, and it's good for 2025, too. And those who say they left their homes, there were supplies and all that, apparently, do not understand that these supplies will start to deteriorate sooner or later, that they will still need to move somewhere else, where it will be safer (remember about the glass doors and others who want to loot supermarket) and it will be possible to build a better life. That is, their departure from the mall is a logical move, people, well, turn on the thinking machine in your skull))

The movie is very good, but my favorite characters died, it's sad.
