An absolutely great movie, the best comedy I've ever seen

It's been very relevant lately. It clearly shows that only complete psychopaths can like war

It is difficult to call this work a comedy, the nerves were tickled by watching it, as from a good thriller or a disaster movie (it is difficult to find the right definition).
The whole horror lies in the fact that the film is still relevant and will remain so for a long time. And it's definitely a masterpiece.

This movie seemed to me too cool and dangerous for those times. The satire on the political differences between the two majestic powers is perfectly constructed. There are a couple of funny moments in the dialogues and visual humor. Also, one should not deny the fact that this film has long been a cult film and some scenes from here were used in later films and games. No matter how much debate there was about Kubrick, he was filming eternal things. Even today, the main problem in this film remains relevant. The actors played their roles amazingly, the musical accompaniment increases interest and at the same time adds comedy, and many shots deserve special praise, not everyone was able to handle the angles beautifully.

Not a movie, but laughter and sin. An incredible caricature of the United States during the Cold War.

Yes, undoubtedly, what happened in the film is not a funny situation at all, but an adequate adult will understand - Kubrick shows that nuclear war cannot be rational — it is born out of mistakes, paranoia and thoughtless automation.
And how relevant is this film now, in the era of AI development, showing that if weapons become "independent", humanity loses the right to make mistakes.

And I would also like to mention the excellent acting of the cast! This is probably the rarest film where every actor has played his character perfectly. 🫶🏻

I also really liked the picture itself, the shadow play is a great move!
