Being Erica: Season 4

It's a great series, it's a pity there's nothing like it. And as soon as I saw Sarah, for some reason I was sure that Erica would be her doctor. It's a pity that there are only 4 seasons, I would love to see how Erica treats Sarah.

One of the best TV shows I've ever watched. How psychologically subtle and accurate everything is served. If at first everything seems like just a cute trinket, then later you and Erica lead to much deeper discoveries. And in the end, it turns out that the series teaches kindness and the ability to be happy. Which is generally a rare phenomenon in our time.
I watched all the seasons and supposedly went through therapy with Dr. Tom myself)

The episode literally flew by ...

And how wonderful it is that Erica found the strength and continued on her way, even thanks to the great support of Dr. Tom...

Everything is correct in the end. It's a good series.

- What happens when we don't allow ourselves to change?
- We are degrading.
- yes. When we deny the change that wants to happen, that we need, we destroy more than we imagine. We are interfering with the natural course of life.

The farewell scene between Erica and Dr. Tom was very touching! Well played.

And, of course, I also think that this is one of the most wonderful series, and I would like to recommend it to everyone)) I've only seen something similar (in terms of different life stories, emotional states of people, and the work of a therapist) in the TV series In Treatment, which I also really liked. But Being Erica is also easier, perhaps.
