The strongest picture. Leaves an indelible mark. In some scenes, it causes shock and tears.
She is deservedly considered a genius.
Not for fun. It makes you think about your soul and your place in the world.

If you only remember one evil, then you will never be happy before God.

Without exaggeration, a monumental work.
An amazing historical drama, a naturalistic, detailed and very vivid portrait of the era. Yes, in many ways it can be too gloomy and even somewhat black, but it is difficult to assess those times from the perspective of modernity. And contrary to all expectations, this film can hardly be called a biopic as such. Andrey Rublev here rather acts as a guide or even a guide who paints us the image of his time. And even with all its gloom, this image still remains bright, full of beauty, faith and love for one's neighbor.
There are many praiseworthy epithets for this film. He tells a great story and shows that even when the world is going to Hell, and the Last Judgment seems to come tomorrow, it is very important and necessary to remain human, to keep faith in humanity, faith in the bright, kind, eternal!

Well, the last ten minutes are a delight to the eyes.
