it was 2024. well, what, it looks like. lol.

in general, the norms. about the ending. God, it's disgusting, immoral and just terrible, but how this girl infuriated that I was even glad of such an outcome, I wouldn't have survived if the dog had died.
and these jokes are about the fact that she has good taste... aaaaaa

- I gotta get back in the dirt so I feel clean!

A simple and sometimes even silly film, which is saved by the caustic comments of a talking dog, which only Vic hears. I was especially pleased with the ending, it was worth watching a movie just for the sake of it. Yes, maybe it was not bad for 1976, but now, of course, it looks so-so. The director and screenwriter of the film, L. K. Jones, is better known as an actor, and he shot only two films, including this one. It is based on the novel by Harlan Ellison, who was noted in many cool TV series both as the author of the plot and as a screenwriter. I don't know how it is in the novel, but in the film there is a kind of obsession with sex and reproduction. On the one hand, it is clear that it is necessary to restore the human population, but this is in a bunker, where security is very good, but on the surface there is often nothing to devour, there is a desert around, what kind of sex is there?! But, apparently, the director sees it that way! You can see, young Don Johnson looks great and Susanna Benton is a beauty, but in general it's a one-time pass. To be nostalgic, perhaps.
