The story is of course terrible, my heart is squeezed with pity for those ordinary people who suffered from pain and started taking this drug, I feel sorry for the doctors who unknowingly prescribed the drug, wanting only to help alleviate this pain, with the best intentions. Dr. Finnix is a collective image. You sit and think how many such Finnicks there were, how many they prescribed oxy...
Richard Sackler is just disgusting, in the pursuit of profit, such people lose their human face, it's just scary to watch his reasoning. To push a deadly drug, to defend to the last and look for ways to increase sales, to fool people's heads... Horror, there are no words.
The Board of shareholders is the same bunch of nasty little people, the grandmothers are clouding the brain.
Billy is just bravo, reason has prevailed over money and unscrupulousness, I wonder if these records will shoot.
Well, Betsy again. Poor soul 😢 😢 😢
Just applaud the casting director, all the actors are perfectly matched, in their places, you just believe them every second when they are on the screen, not a single miskast or fake
"But Purdue, even in the face of a shrinking market and growing public resentment, has not stopped looking for new consumers. In August 2015, despite many protests from critics of the company, it received approval from the Food and Drug Administration to advertise Oxycontin aimed at children over the age of eleven." (c)
The series once again proves that the Sacklers and Purdue Pharma bribed top officials in US government agencies.
