Last season, she and Joseph (Santiago Cabrera's character) were shown discussing the past with a hint that there was something there that shouldn't happen again. We devoted two or three whole episodes to this. I'm waiting for this line to continue in the second season, because it would be stupid to introduce this character just so that Madeleine would touch his ass once and he got into an accident.
The series is strong, Mary-Louise is a very difficult character, the story is spinning again, there are a lot of emotions.
