@seredi: It looks like the bund is growing and Melanie will have to pull it out. Or the Bundars themselves will pull it out. But not before the end of the next episode, most likely in a week there will be meat.
Melanie's psychological pressure with the phone call took your breath away! At first I thought it was very risky that the lady from the first would fight for the rights to the confidentiality of her family. But obviously Wilford's authority is so strong that even the very thought of hearing disapproval from his mouth, or being punished, is paralyzing.
@Smth_Familiar: But then the madam said "It can't come off like we have sheltered a monster" and it dawned on me that the only thing people in the first are worried about is their own interests. Just like in the modern world!
@kseniyayuryevna: He existed because someone (like that musician) shook his hand. And the people from the first one also knew him personally, plus - recordings of his voice also exist. But something happened (he disappeared/ died/ moved to 3rd grade / rebelled/ committed suicide - I don't know) and it was necessary to decide what to do. Since the train needed a strong authority that would hold all people in an iron fist, because the very thought of it disciplines - Melanie and the company decided not to tell anyone anything.
As a result, everyone is in ignorance and in fear of Wilford.
@kseniyayuryevna: Melanie constantly wears an MIT hoodie, which seems to unequivocally hint that the train is her creation. As the cop in this episode says, Mr. Wilford is a myth. Created by her. And the stories about shaking hands are most likely just fiction for the sake of show-offs.
And what did you understand from my comment? Besides the fact that you can find a real spoiler on the Movie Search? I'm really interested in listening. Or are you able to reveal plot twists according to the degree of my surprise?
@Vodoved: I watched it too, right after I started watching the first episode. I often look out for familiar faces of the actors, and where else they played. but after what I saw, it didn't become less interesting, on the contrary, I was intrigued by how they would wrap everything up. This is purely an interest and curiosity as to how the plot will turn out. How can this be a spoiler?
A very interesting series! I was surprised that Layton did not collude with the girl in return for the drawings, but instead received a soporific shot from Melanie. It was harsh, but it seemed even right, you couldn't figure out what else she had to do.
And to me, it's not surprising, he understands that the first class does not need to help the tail, and as soon as "wilford" would have heard about the closure of the case, Layton would have become an unnecessary witness and would most likely have been killed on the way to the tail "while trying to escape" by a purchased guard. Plus, I think cop principles played an important role.
Jennifer Connelly and her acting are just something. The perfect moment and her facial expressions during the call to Mr. Wilford. After watching the entire episode, all that remains is to think about what will happen in the end and be with the thoughts "another whole week before the release, damn it!"
And by the way, why did they kill the killer so quickly? There were 1 of them against one, and it would be possible to twist and interrogate as much as you want. No, the scene was spectacular, of course, but illogical.
An incredibly exciting series. I watched series 1-4 today. I'll be joining the live commentary soon. Have a good viewing for everyone who has just started too💪🏼
The series is great! It was interesting to watch the detective line. And despite the particularly inconspicuous actors (Connelly is certainly an exception), the plot is intriguing and the series is gaining momentum.

Let's see what the shanks will do next..
